يتم تنزيل وثائق طلب الشراء (المرفقه ) وتعبئة البيانات المطلوبة وختمها وارفاقها في ظرف مغلق ومختوم ومكتوب عليها اسم الجهة واسم مقدم العطاء ومرفق فيها  الاتي.

1. سجل تجاري ساري المفعول.
2. في حالة كانت الوثائق المطلوبة منتهية او قيد التجديد لمقدم العطاء يجب ارفاق التزام بتجديد الوثائق المنتهية مالم سوف يتم استبعاد العطاء في مرحلة الاستجابة الاولية من التحليل

ملاحظة: يجب احضار الكاتلوجات لجميع الاصناف الموضحة في جدول الكميات عند تسليم عرض السعر: في حالة عدم وجود الملفات في المرفقات يمكنك تحميلها من هنا .

وآخر موعد لتسليم العطاءات المغلقة هو الساعة 11 صباحا يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 22/07/2025 م ولن تقبل العطاءات التي ترد بعد هذا الموعد.

The purchase requisition documents are attached to the e-mail and the required data must be filled, stamped and attached in a sealed envelope with the name of the entity and the name of the bidder written on it and the following

documents must be attached to it.

1. A valid Commercial Registration.
2. In case that the required documents of the bidder are expired or need to be renewed, a commitment to renewing the expired documents must be attached unless the bid will be excluded in the first stage of the analysis.

Note: catalogs should be provided with the RFQ

The deadline for submission of sealed bids is on Tuesday 22/07/2025 at 11:00 AM Bids received after this date will not be accepted.
