Relief International (RI) invites your submission of a financial bid in order to provide goods in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents. RI seeks a supplier for one year fixed price agreement for provision of office supplies and stationary.

1.       The attached RI Bid Form (Annex A) must be completed and submitted in accordance with Annex C.

2.       Completed Proposal of Work / Price List / Bill of Quantities (Annex F & G)

3.       The attached Tender and Contract Award Acknowledgement Certificate (Annex B) must completed and be duly signed by an authorized company representative and submitted in accordance with Annex C.

4.       Copies of official company/organization registration and tax documents and essential certificates.

5.       Additional documents to submit with tender package include:  Annex F & G
