Mercy Corps informs all interested bidders that Amendment No. 2 and the revised RFB are now available. The changes cover the scope, quantities, pricing schedules, equipment requirements and payment milestones, including sorghum-residue harvesting and mechanized baling services.

This is the same tender previously advertised, not a new procurement. The deadline for bid submission and public opening remains 9 November 2026 at 12:00 noon Sudan time, as extended under Amendment No. 1.

All interested bidders, including those who have already prepared their bids, are requested to review the amended requirements and prepare or revise their bids accordingly.
