Relief International (RI) invites your submission of a financial bid in order to provide services in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents. RI seeks a supplier for the provision of security and guarding services for multiple RI locations in Sudan through a fixed-price Framework Agreement. 

The Invitation to Tender (ITT) details are as follows:

Complete bids must be received no later than 12 November 2026 at 03:30 Sudan local time. Bidders may submit either: (a) one sealed envelope delivered to the RI Khartoum Office address (Aneel City, house #117, Block #3 Omdurman, Khartoum state) and marked only with the ITT reference PR-SDN-KRT-026-172; or (b) an electronic bid sent to [tenders.sudan@ri.org], with the ITT reference in the subject line. Electronic submissions must contain separate clearly labelled Technical and Financial files in PDF format. The Financial file will be opened only for bids that pass the preliminary examination and technical threshold. Late submissions will not be considered. Bids must remain valid for at least 60 days from the closing date. 

All clarifications and questions must be sent to [bid.sudan@ri.org] no later than 1st  November 2026. RI will circulate material clarifications to all invited bidders without identifying the requesting bidder.
