World Relief Sudan is implementing the SHF project, which includes the provision of medical and nonmedical supplies for health facilities and mobile teams to improve access to essential medicines,
contributing to the reduction of morbidity and mortality through targeted life-saving services in Blue 
Nile.
World Relief Sudan (WRS) hereby invites you to submit Tender for Medical Supplies and Equipment 
for Health Facilities & Mobile Teams. The attached Bidding Form titled ‘ITB NO: H&N/21/09/2026 in 
Blue Nile-Damazine -WR-Office 
There is one ITB which lists the types of medical and non-medical supplies required.
Guide to selection

 

The following documents must be submitted in (1) hard copy – physical submission in a sealed envelope
(2) zipped file – email submission clearly named “H&N/21/09/2026 Provision of Medical Supplies and 
Equipment for Health Facilities & Mobile Teams for your bid to be accepted by the Tender Opening 
Committee:

1. ITB form should be printed, signed, dated and stamped
2. All pages of the ITB should be signed and stamped
3. Company profile including similar medical drugs in Sudan
4. Ensure no alterations on numbers included in the Price quotation list
5. No White wash or deletion is accepted on the Price quotation list
6. Bids should be strictly quoted in SDG only

Additionally note that:
a) Bidders shall observe the highest standard of ethics during the procurement and execution of 
contracts. WR will reject a Bid if it determines that the Bidder recommended for award, has engaged 
in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices in competing for, or in executing, the Contract. 
b) Please note that the cost of preparing a bid and of negotiating a contract, including any related travel, 
is not reimbursable, nor can it be included as a direct cost of the assignment.
c) World Relief Sudan is not committed to award based on the lowest bids.
d) A quality check will be carried out to determine quality of the medical drugs.
e) World Relief Sudan reserves the right to refusal of medical drugs that do not meet standards as 
specified. Costs of refusal are not an obligation to WR.
