Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps Sudan invites registered local non-governmental organizations (NGOs) operating in Kassala State to express their interest in providing community mobilization, participant engagement, awareness, and local-level support services under the second phase of the Solar Energy for Argo-Processing and Livelihoods (SEAL II) project, funded by GIZ. The selected organization will support community mobilization, awareness, training, and market linkages across Kassala State.

If your organization is interested in participating in this tender, please complete and submit the Intent to Bid Form as outlined below.

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps by 20th of October 2026: 11:59 PM in one of the below methods.

1. Email completed Intent to Bid Form to sd-tenders@mercycorps.org  with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line.

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Proposal will be sent to the Vendors who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Proposal will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.
