Overview

CARE International is currently seeking to invite sealed bids from qualified and licensed General Services Companies to provide comprehensive support for our operations. To ensure operational continuity and service efficiency, we are looking to expand our vendor roster and establish agreements with reliable service providers.

Scope of Work

The selected service provider(s) will be expected to deliver high-quality general services as outlined in the official Terms of Reference (TOR).

Interested companies must meet the following criteria to be considered:

• Valid Business Registration: Proof of legal registration and operational licensing.
• Proven Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years of documented experience in delivering similar general services.
• Financial Capability: Demonstrated financial stability to handle contract requirements.
• References: At least two professional references from current or recent corporate clients.
