EOI Photography, Videography, Training, and Post-Production Services in Sudan

Save the Children International (SCI) Sudan Country Office invites qualified and experienced photography and videography service providers, media agencies, production companies, and individual professionals to submit bids for the provision of photography, videography, staff training, and post-production services across Sudan.

This tender is divided into two (2) lots:

Lot 1: Darfur States

Lot 2: Rest of Sudan

Scope of Services

Selected suppliers may be requested to provide:

• Production of 2-3 short videos per assignment (approximately 2-3 minutes each).
• Professional photography services with a minimum of 30 edited photographs per assignment.
• Delivery of high-resolution and raw image files.
• Video editing and post-production services.
• Capacity building and training for SCI staff on photography and videography using mobile phones and/or cameras.

Submission Requirements

Interested bidders must submit:

1. Completed Bidder Response Document
2. Completed Financial Proposal (RFQ) for the applicable lot(s).
3. Company profile and business registration documents.
4. Portfolio and samples of previous photography and videography work.
5. References and supporting documents demonstrating relevant experience.

Important Notes

• Bidders may submit proposals for Lot 1 (Darfur States), Lot 2 (Rest of Sudan), or both lots.
• Separate financial proposals should be provided for each lot applied for.
• Save the Children reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts resulting from this process.
