Construction / Rehabilitation of 8 Schools in North Kordofan State

Save the Children International (SCI) Sudan invites eligible and qualified construction companies and contractors to submit sealed bids for the Construction and Rehabilitation of 8 Schools in North Kordofan State, El Obeid. The project aims to improve access to quality education and provide safe, child-friendly learning environments for vulnerable children, including girls, IDPs, refugees, and children with disabilities

Scope of Work

The successful contractor will undertake construction and rehabilitation works in the following schools located in North Kordofan State, El Obeid

1. Al Salam Girls School
2. Al Salam Boys School
3. Al Jihad Boys School
4. Haseeb Boys School
5. Petroleum Girls School
6. Othman Boys School
7. Fatima Madani Girls School
8. Al Safa Boys School

Bid Submission

Bids must be submitted in hard copy only in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

Tender submissions should be deposited in the sealed tender box at:

WFP Street, Al Doha 3rd, El Obeid, North Kordofan State.

Additional Information

• Site visits are mandatory and bidders must verify site locations prior to submission.
• BOQ and RFQ should be completly filled out and ensure the prices are the same.
• Financial offers must be submitted in USD and remain valid for at least two months.
• The ITT must be completely filled out and all requested documents should be submitted.
• Save the Children reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason and is not bound to award the contract to the lowest bidder. Evaluation will be based on technical capability, sustainability, and commercial competitiveness.
