Save the Children International – Sudan Country Office invites qualified suppliers to submit Tender for Catering and Hall Rental Services.

1. Scope of Work

Save the Children International (SCI), the world's leading independent organization for children, invites qualified, experienced, and legally registered service providers to submit bids for the establishment of Fixed Price Framework Agreements for the provision of:

Lot 1: Catering Services

Provision of catering services for meetings, workshops, trainings, conferences, and official events within Khartoum State. Services shall include coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, buffet services, plated meals, serving staff, equipment, and related catering support services.

Lot 2: Hall Rental Services

Provision of conference halls, meeting venues, training facilities, and open event spaces in Khartoum State for SCI events and activities. Venues must meet specified requirements, including seating, projector facilities, reliable electricity, backup power supply, sanitation facilities, and appropriate event support services.

Bidders may apply for Lot 1, Lot 2, or both Lots. Each lot will be evaluated independently.

2. How to Apply

Interested providers should submit:

• Email your quotation to: 📧 SudanCO.procurement@savethechildren.org & Include: Quote validity period, lead time, country of origin, and sample quality pictures
• All prices should be in USD.
• The ITT should be fully filled out and the requested questions in the bidder response filled out and documents listed submitted.
• Bidders may apply for one or both Lots. Where bidding for both Lots, separate RFQs and separate financial offers must be completed and submitted for each Lot.

3. Submission Requirements

• Bidders must complete and submit the Bidder Response Document (Part 3) included in the tender pack.
• Financial offers must be submitted in USD with fixed pricing for at least one (1) year.
• Bids must be submitted electronically only via email.

Deadline: All quotations must be submitted by 10th August 2026.

The subject of the email should be “SCI/SDN/2026/ITT/Admin/001– ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.
