Human Appeal UK (HAUK) hereby invites qualified and experienced contractors and construction companies to submit bids for the Construction and Room at Al-Bulk Hospital, Omdurman, Sudan.

The objective of this project is to improve the hospital's capacity to provide quality healthcare services by expanding and upgrading patient accommodation facilities in accordance with approved engineering, health, and safety standards.

Scope of Work

The successful bidder will be responsible for:

Construction and Rehabilitation of Patient Rooms.

• Construction of new patient rooms as per approved designs and specifications.
• Rehabilitation and upgrading of existing patient rooms.
• Internal and external finishing works, including flooring, painting, ceilings, doors, and windows.
• Installation of electrical systems, lighting, and power outlets.
• Installation of plumbing and sanitation systems.
• Provision and installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems where required.
• Supply and installation of hospital-grade fixtures and fittings.
• Testing and inspection of completed works.
• Training of hospital staff on maintenance requirements.
• Provision of warranties and defect liability support.
• Handover of completed patient rooms ready for occupancy.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must provide:

• Valid company registration certificate.
• Tax clearance certificate.
• Company profile and organizational structure.
• Evidence of experience in similar healthcare construction projects.
• References for at least three comparable assignments.
• Financial and technical capacity documentation.

• Financial Proposal.
• Required legal and supporting documents.

تدعو منظمة هيومن أبيل المملكة المتحدة الشركات والمؤسسات المؤهلة وذات الخبرة إلى تقديم عروضها لتنفيذ مشروع إنشاء وتأهيل غرف المرضى بمستشفى البلك بمدينة أم درمان – السودان.

يهدف المشروع إلى تعزيز قدرة المستشفى على تقديم الخدمات الصحية وتحسين بيئة الرعاية الصحية من خلال إنشاء وتأهيل غرف المرضى وفقاً للمعايير الهندسية والصحية المعتمدة.

نطاق العمل

إنشاء وتأهيل غرف المرضى

• تقييم الوضع الحالي لغرف وأقسام التنويم بالمستشفى.
• إنشاء غرف مرضى جديدة وفقاً للمخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
• تأهيل وتحديث غرف المرضى القائمة.
• تنفيذ أعمال التشطيبات الداخلية والخارجية، بما في ذلك الأرضيات والدهانات والأسقف والأبواب والنوافذ.
• توريد وتركيب الأنظمة الكهربائية ووحدات الإضاءة ومخارج الكهرباء.
• تنفيذ أعمال السباكة والصرف الصحي.
• توريد وتركيب أنظمة التكييف والتهوية عند الحاجة.
• توريد وتركيب التجهيزات والملحقات الخاصة بغرف المرضى.
• إجراء الفحوصات الفنية واستلام الأعمال.
• تدريب كوادر المستشفى على متطلبات التشغيل والصيانة الأساسية.
• توفير الضمانات وفترة مسؤولية العيوب.
• تسليم الأعمال كاملة وجاهزة للاستخدام.

شروط التأهيل

على الشركات الراغبة في التقديم إرفاق المستندات التالية:

• شهادة تسجيل الشركة سارية المفعول.
• شهادة خلو طرف ضريبي سارية.
• ملف تعريفي بالشركة وهيكلها الإداري.
• ما يثبت الخبرة السابقة في مشاريع إنشاء أو تأهيل المرافق الصحية.
• قائمة بثلاثة مشاريع مماثلة على الأقل تم تنفيذها.
• مستندات تثبت القدرة الفنية والمالية.

تقديم العطاءات

يجب أن تتضمن العطاءات:

• العرض الفني.
• العرض المالي.
• جميع المستندات القانونية والإدارية المطلوبة.

التاريخ: 16/8/2026
