Tender for the Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Upgrade of the Medical Oxygen System and Operating Room at Al-Bulk Hospital, Omdurman

Human Appeal UK  hereby invites qualified and experienced contractors, suppliers, and specialized medical engineering companies to submit bids for the Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Upgrade of the Medical Oxygen System and Operating Room at Al-Bulk Hospital, Omdurman, Sudan.

The objective of this project is to improve the hospital's capacity to deliver quality healthcare services by upgrading the medical oxygen infrastructure and enhancing the functionality and safety of the operating room.

Scope of Work

The successful bidder will be responsible for:

Medical Oxygen System

Assessment of the existing oxygen supply infrastructure.

Supply and installation of a complete medical oxygen system.

Upgrade and expansion of oxygen pipelines and distribution networks.

Supply and installation of oxygen manifolds, alarms, regulators, flowmeters, and accessories.

Testing, commissioning, and certification of all installed systems.

Training of hospital staff on operation and maintenance.

Provision of warranty, operation manuals, and maintenance support.

Operating Room Upgrade

Rehabilitation and upgrading of operating room medical gas systems.

Installation and testing of oxygen outlets and related equipment.

Electrical and mechanical improvements required for safe operation.

Testing, commissioning, and handover of completed works.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must provide:

Valid company registration certificate.

Tax clearance certificate.

Company profile and organizational structure.

Evidence of experience in similar healthcare projects.

References for at least three comparable assignments.

Financial and technical capacity documentation.

Manufacturer authorization certificates where applicable.

تدعو منظمة هيومن أبيل المملكة المتحدة الشركات والمؤسسات المؤهلة والمتخصصة وذات الخبرة إلى تقديم عروضها لتنفيذ مشروع توريد وتركيب واختبار وتشغيل وتحديث نظام الأكسجين الطبي وغرفة العمليات بمستشفى البلك بمدينة أم درمان – السودان.

يهدف المشروع إلى تعزيز قدرة المستشفى على تقديم الخدمات الصحية المنقذة للحياة من خلال تطوير وتحسين نظام الأكسجين الطبي ورفع كفاءة غرفة العمليات وفق المعايير الطبية والفنية المعتمدة.

نطاق العمل

أولاً: نظام الأكسجين الطبي

تقييم نظام الأكسجين الحالي بالمستشفى.

توريد وتركيب نظام أكسجين طبي متكامل.

تحديث وتوسعة شبكة توزيع الأكسجين والأنابيب الطبية.

توريد وتركيب المشعبات (Manifolds) وأجهزة الإنذار والمنظمات وعدادات التدفق والملحقات اللازمة.

إجراء الاختبارات الفنية والتشغيلية واعتماد النظام.

تدريب الكوادر الفنية والطبية بالمستشفى على التشغيل والصيانة.

توفير الضمانات ودلائل التشغيل والصيانة.

ثانياً: تطوير غرفة العمليات

تأهيل وتحديث أنظمة الغازات الطبية بغرفة العمليات.

تركيب واختبار مخارج الأكسجين والمعدات المرتبطة بها.

تنفيذ التحسينات الكهربائية والميكانيكية اللازمة.

إجراء الاختبارات النهائية وتسليم الأعمال جاهزة للتشغيل.

شروط التأهيل

على الشركات الراغبة في التقديم إرفاق المستندات التالية:

شهادة تسجيل الشركة سارية المفعول.

شهادة خلو طرف ضريبي سارية.

ملف تعريفي بالشركة وهيكلها الإداري.

ما يثبت الخبرة السابقة في المشاريع المماثلة.

قائمة بثلاثة مشاريع مماثلة على الأقل تم تنفيذها.

مستندات تثبت القدرة الفنية والمالية.

خطابات أو شهادات تفويض من الشركات المصنعة عند الحاجة.

تقديم العطاءات

يجب أن تتضمن العطاءات:

العرض الفني.

العرض المالي.

جميع المستندات القانونية والإدارية المطلوبة.
