MedGlobal (MG) invites your submission of a financial and technical bid in order to provide goods in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents. MedGlobal seeks a services providers for Maintenance Mobile Clinics

The Invitation to Tender (ITT) details are as follows:

ITT Period:  4 Days From 29/07/2026 Until 1/08/2026, 11:59 PM Sudan

ITT Closure Date and Time:  01/08/2026, 11:59 PM Sudan Time 

Delivery location: Khartoum State 

Minimum Validity Period:  30 days

Full bid submissions must be received at the email address procurement.sd@medglobal.org and procurement@medglobal.org  no later than 1/08/2026, 11:59 PM Sudan Time ,  and you shall name the email (Maintenance Mobile Clinics ) , In the subject field. Failure to meet the closing date/time may result in the tender being void. Returned bids must remain valid for consideration for a period of not less than 30 days from the closing date.
