Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps invites qualified travel agencies and airline service providers to submit their interest in providing air ticketing services for local and international flights.

Mercy Corps intends to establish a Master Service Agreement (MSA) with one or more qualified service providers to support the organization's travel requirements in Sudan and internationally.

If your company is interested in participating in this tender, you are required to complete and submit an Intent to Bid Form as outlined below:

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps no later than 05 August 2026 at 11:59 pm in one of the below methods.

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Bid will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Bid will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.
