Alight, formerly the American Refugee Committee, has empowered displaced communities since 1978. We aim to walk alongside displaced people, co-creating impactful programs and services tailored to their unique needs. Instead of referring to them as "beneficiaries," we proudly call them our "customers," emphasising their agency in shaping decisions that affect their lives. We strive to amplify our global reach and impact with our four affiliates.

Alight Sudan (formerly ARC) is a non-profit, non-sectarian humanitarian relief organization operating across Sudan since 2004. ALIGHT hereby invites eligible, qualified, and reputable companies to submit RFQ bids for the Supply of Furniture and Electrical Equipment.

ALIGHT Sudan, through funding from AICS, is supporting primary health facilities across Gadaref, Red Sea, White Nile, and Khartoum States as part of the 2026 operational plan. To ensure uninterrupted service delivery, ALIGHT is launching RFQs for the supply of:

• PR‑SUD‑KRT‑2026‑0092 – Furniture & Electrical Equipment (Gadaref, Red Sea, White Nile)
• PR‑SUD‑KRT‑2026‑0093 – Furniture & Electrical Equipment (Khartoum)

Suppliers may submit bids for one or more RFQs, but each RFQ must be submitted independently.

Documents:

• Commercial License.
• Company Registration Certificate.
• Company profile, Last two years’ work order and references.
• Valid medical registration certificate for the company.
• Clearance from taxation.
• Financial capacity.
• A final official invoice will be required before payment.

SUBMISSION:

• All Forms and Documents are uploaded to SudanBids Websids.
• Bidders shall submit their complete tender packages to the designated submission point or via email before the official closing time. All required forms must be fully completed, signed, and properly packaged. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted, Bids will not be opened prior to the closing deadlin.
• Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly indicating the RFQ number. The envelope must be duly stamped and signed by the bidder and delivered to ALIGHT Office. Quotations may also be submitted electronically via email.
• Quoted prices must clearly indicate whether VAT is included and specify the currency of payment. If the quotation is submitted in SDG, the validity period shall be a minimum of 45 days.
• Supplier/Vendor should provide Bank details of USD or SDG (Including intermediary Bank) with same name as supplier/vendor company (Business Company Name, if there is a sister company account to make payment, it should be cleared from the beginning.

• Note: All envelopes and email(email subject) submissions shall be clearly labeled “ALT/NS/ITT/---------/-------,” indicating the specific Tender or RFQ number and the supplier’s name.
