The purpose of this tender is to select a qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the rehabilitation of the Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Department at Soba Hospital. The works include the removal of damaged materials, site preparation, civil and structural works, masonry, plastering, concrete works, painting, waterproofing, epoxy coating, flooring, electrical installations, sanitary drainage and plumbing, aluminum works, and all associated finishing works required to restore the department to a safe, fully functional, and operational condition in accordance with the approved specifications and applicable engineering standards.
