وصف الأعمال:

تدعو منظمة BFD الشركات والموردين المؤهلين إلى التقدم بطلب الشراء الخاص توريد وتركيب اثاث  مكتبي الى المراكز الصحية المستهدفة بولاية الجزيرة يرجى العلم بأن وثائق طلب الشراء (PR) مرفقة مع الإعلان ، ويجب تعبئتها بالكامل وختم كل ملفات الشراء المرفقة وإرفاقها داخل ظرف مختوم يُكتب عليه اسم الجهة المتقدمة واسم العطاء.

المستندات المطلوبة:

1. شهادة تسجيل تجاري سارية المفعول.
2. بطاقة ظريبية سارية المفعول
3. في حال انتهاء صلاحية أي من المستندات المطلوبة، يجب إرفاق تعهد رسمي بالتجديد، وإلا سيتم استبعاد العرض في المرحلة الأولى من التقييم.
4. تقديم الكتالوجات والمواصفات الفنية مع استمارة عرض السعر (RFQ) يعد شرطاً أساسياً.

About the Organization:

Building Foundation for Development (BFD) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to designing and implementing humanitarian and development programs in the sectors of health, nutrition, education, protection, and other development areas, with the objective of improving the lives of vulnerable communities.

Scope of Work:

The Building Foundation for Development (BFD) invites qualified companies and suppliers to submit their quotations for the Supply and Installation of Office Furniture for Targeted Health Centers in Al Jazirah State.

Please note that the Procurement Request (PR) documents are attached to this announcement. All procurement documents must be completed in full, stamped, and submitted together in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the applicant's company name and the tender title.

Required Documents:

1. Valid Commercial Registration Certificate.
2. Valid Tax Registration Certificate.
3. If any of the required documents have expired, an official commitment letter confirming their renewal must be attached; otherwise, the bid will be disqualified during the initial evaluation stage.
4. Submission of product catalogues and technical specifications together with the Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a mandatory requirement.
