Suppliers Prequalification and Business Opportunities

JASMAR Human Security Organization in partnership with Partners (Humanitarian Aid Commission HAC, Sudan Humanitarian Fund SHF) with financial assistance from the international organizations, UN, ECHO, have been implementing a massive humanitarian emergency response program in Sudan.

JASMAR and Partners is currently updating its supplier database and invites all interested companies, contractors, suppliers, vendors, consultancy firms, institutes, and service providers to submit their complete company profiles for review.

Interested companies, contractors, suppliers, consultancy firms, and institutes are requested to provide the following information to demonstrate their qualifications and capability to carry out the required works:

• The company’s valid registration.
• Taxation chamber certification ZAKAT & TAX Release and other government related registration
• VAT Registration
• History / profile of the company
• Reference letter and certificate of completion from an organization where similar work/s was done, supply certificates, past performance.
• Bank Statement/ Proof of Financial Capacity
• Indicate the supplies, works or service interested in supplying

JASMAR invites qualified suppliers capable of providing one or more of the goods, services, and works listed below to respond to this advertisement. Suppliers that submit the required information in response to this notice may be considered and invited to participate in the procurement process for the relevant lot(s).

Goods, services, works needed:

• Food items and non-Food Items (NFIs) such as plastic sheeting, plastic sleeping mats, blankets, cooking sets, jerry cans, mosquito nets, and soap.
• Mine Action items
• Office furniture -Stationeries
• IT equipment & safety equipment
• Hotel Accommodations & catering service -Hall rental
• Construction Materials
• Local building materials
• Local ready-made shelter
• Pharmaceutical supplies and equipment
• Personal protection and safety equipment
• Hygiene kits/cleaning tools/clean delivery kits, and dignity kits
• Supplying and installation of solar electricity generation systems
• Printing books, Stationeries, T-shirt, leaflets, posters, etc.
• Vehicle spare parts – Vehicle service providers
• Rental of Vehicles and Hire of Trucks
• Road transport services
• Skills and Livelihoods materials, including weaving, sewing, knitting, and crocheting materials and sewing machines and parts
•  Soap-making chemicals
• Agriculture tools, equipment, and supplies
• Consultant (MEAL-FSL- Environmental & WASH Engineering)
• Media services (photography, videography, documentary film making)
• Needs assessments and report writing consultants
• Cash distribution services

The due date for submission of completed profiles is 25^rd July 2026 by 4:00 pm, however the incomplete profile will not be considered.
