- Submission Requirements: Interested service providers must adhere to the following:

- Deadline for Bid Submission is 04/06/2026.

- Bidder are required to provide a detailed technical proposal for the evaluation including unique selling points that differentiate their bid from other competing bids.

- Bidder are required to provide a financial proposal detailing the exact cost to finalize the assignment.

- Bidder are required to provide at least two evidences of previous experience for a similar assignment.
