Alight, formerly the American Refugee Committee, has empowered displaced communities since 1978. We aim to walk alongside displaced people, co-creating impactful programs and services tailored to their unique needs. Instead of referring to them as "beneficiaries," we proudly call them our "customers," emphasising their agency in shaping decisions that affect their lives. Alight Sudan (Formerly ARC) is a non-profit, non-sectarian humanitarian relief organization, operating across Sudan since 2004. ALIGHT invites by present invitation to RFQ from eligible, qualified, and reputable companies for the Supply High-Quality Lab reagent and medical equipment and High-Quality Drugs in Aljazeera.  

On behalf of ALIGHT Sudan, I am kindly requesting a quotation for the “Supply of Lab Reagent, medical equipment and Medicine,”

1.RFQ # SUD-GEZ-2026- 2A (Medicine)

2.RFQ # SUD-GEZ-2026- 3A (lab Reagent – Med equipment)

Required Documents:

1. Commercial License.
2. Company Registration Certificate.
3. Company profile, Last two years’ work order and references.
4. Valid medical registration certificate for the company.
5. Clearance from taxation.
6. Financial capacity.
7. Drugs must be registered in Sudan (Pharmacy and Toxicology Registration).
8. The supplier must clearly declare the origin of all items provided. All supporting documents : including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, must explicitly show the source of the goods. This requirement is mandatory for compliance with Alight’s medical procurement policy.

Terms & Conditions:

1. All items must comply with the specifications listed in the attached BoQs.
2. The MedLog must be fully filled out and officially stamped, with the expiration date clearly indicated for each individual item. If possible, please share with us the draft of the medLog as well.
3. Both RFQs must be submitted as separate documents.
4. The delivery location is Alight Madani Office, Hai Almater.
5. Indicated quote validity (minimum: 45 days).
6. Please ensure the currency of the quotation is clearly indicated.
7. A final Invoice well be requested.
8. Supplier/Vendor should provide Bank details (Including intermediary Bank) with same name as supplier/vendor company (Business Company Name) .
9. Summation before:   May 24, 2026, – 15:00 hrs. Sudan Time.

Submission:

The quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly mentioning the RFQ number. The envelope should also be stamped and signed by the bidder and delivered to ALIGHT Port Sudan Office or through email:
