Expression of Interest (EoI) – External Auditor
World Relief Sudan (WRS) hereby invites you to submit Expression of Interest for services of External Audit as per the attached Terms of Reference.

Guide to selection:

The following documents must be submitted in in soft copy for your bid to be accepted by the Tender Opening Committee:
1. Company profile including similar audit assignments in Sudan for the last 5 years. This should include prior knowledge for statutory audits and MFA Dutch.
2. AAPOC certificate (if any)
3. Certificate of registration in Sudan
4. Practicing certificate from an international accountancy body (ACCA or CPA)
5. Bids should be strictly quoted in USD only.
Additionally note that:
a) Bidders shall observe the highest standard of ethics during the procurement and execution of contracts. WR will reject a Bid if it determines that the Bidder recommended for award, has engaged in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices in competing for, or in executing, the Contract.
b) Please note that the cost of preparing a bid and of negotiating a contract, including any related travel, is not reimbursable nor can it be included as a direct cost of the assignment.

c) World Relief Sudan is not committed to award based on the lowest bids.
d) A quality check will be carried out to determine quality of the medical drugs.
e) World Relief Sudan reserves the right to refusal of medical drugs that do not meet standards as specified. Costs of refusal is not an obligation to WR.
