Required Documents:

• Completed Bidder Response Document (Part 3 of the ITT)
• Fill out any required information in the ITT
• Completed RFQ (PR692165) with specified currency (USD or SDG)

Submission Instructions

Interested suppliers must submit:

 Quotation

• All prices must be in USD or SDG, clearly specifying the chosen currency in the RFQ.
• Quote validity period
• Lead time
• Sample quality pictures of the school bags

 Completed Forms

• Fill out and submit the ITT Bidder Response Document
• Fill out and submit the RFQ PR692165

- Submissions can also done through hard copy to our North Darfur Tawilla Office or Sudan Country Office through sealed envolope and should be labeled ITT/ (SCI-SDN-2026-ITT-GD-ND-PR692165) / ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.

The selected supplier will be requested to bring a sample which will need to be approved by SCI before the PO is used.
