Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit, and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps is seeking prequalified suppliers for vehicle rental services. located in Gazeera, Gedaref , Kassala, River Nile, Northern State, Central Darfur, South Darfur, North Kordofan, South Kordofan, Read Sea States.

Method of Submission:

If you are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to complete the guidelines below.

1. The suppliers can download the Intent to Bid form from https://www.sudanbid.com Or obtain a copy from Mercy Corps Offices.

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps by [23rd March 2026: 11:59 PM] through one of the following methods:

1. Email: Send the completed Intent to Bid Form to sd-tenders@mercycorps.org  with the Tender Reference number clearly indicated in the email subject line.
2. Physical Submission: Drop the completed ITB form in the Tender Boxes available at Mercy Corps offices.

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Bid will be sent to the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Bid will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.

طريقة التقديم:

إذا كنت مهتمًا بتقديم عرض، ستحتاج إلى ملء نموذج نية تقديم عرض وتقديمه وفقًا للإرشادات أدناه:

يمكن استلام نموذج نية تقديم عرض من مكتب "ميرسي كوربس " في جميع المواقع داخل ولايات السودان.   -

يجب تقديم نماذج نية تقديم العرض المكتملة إلى "ميرسي كوربس " بموعد أقصاه [23 مارس 2026، الساعة 11:59 مساءً] بإحدى الطرق التالية:

        بعد تاريخ إغلاق هذا الإشعار، سيتم إرسال طلب تقديم عرض إلى الموردين الذين قدموا نماذج نية تقديم عرض. سيتم إرسال طلب تقديم العرض وفقًا للتفضيل الذي ذكرته في نموذج نية تقديم العرض.
