يسرنا دعوتكم كشركة مؤهلة في مجال الطاقة الشمسية للمشاركة في المناقصة الخاصة بـ توريد وتركيب وتشغيل وتدريب على نظام الطاقة الشمسية الكامل وفقًا لجداول الكميات المرفقة.

نطاق العمل يشمل:

1. توريد مكونات النظام الشمسي

   • يجب أن تكون جميع المواد والمعدات مطابقة للمعايير والمواصفات الدولية الواردة في جداول الكميات.

2. التركيب والتشغيل

   • تنفيذ كامل أعمال التركيب وضمان التكامل والتشغيل الفعّال للنظام.

3. التدريب والصيانة

   • تقديم تدريب شامل لفريق المركز على إجراءات التشغيل والصيانة الوقائية وحل الأعطال.

المتطلبات:

• أن تكون الشركة معتمدة ولديها خبرة مثبتة في مجال الطاقة الشمسية.
• الالتزام بجميع المواصفات الفنية ومعايير السلامة.
• تقديم تفاصيل الضمان وخدمات ما بعد البيع.

• طريقه الدفع 

• شروط الدفع:

• 50٪ عند توريد جميع المواد إلى موقع المشروع واعتمادها من قبل العميل.
• 30٪ بعد تنفيذ 50٪ من أعمال التركيب.
• 20٪ عند الانتهاء من التسليم والتشغيل النهائي وتسليم النظام.

Subject: Invitation to Supply and Install Solar Energy System

We are pleased to invite your qualified solar company to participate in the tender for the supply, installation, commissioning, and training related to a complete solar energy system as per the attached Bill of Quantities (BoQ).

The scope of work includes:

1. Supply of Solar Components
   • All materials and equipment must comply with international standards and specifications outlined in the BoQ.
2. Installation and Commissioning
   • Complete installation of the solar system, ensuring full functionality and integration.
3. Training and Maintenance
   • Provide comprehensive training for center’s staff on operational procedures, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Certified solar energy provider with proven experience.
• Compliance with all technical specifications and safety standards.
• Warranty and after-sales support details.

Submission Details:

• Deadline for submission: 8/12/2025
• Please include your company profile, certifications, and detailed commercial proposal.
• paymet terms 
• 50% upon delivery of all materials to the project site and approval by the client.
• 30% after completing 50% of the installation work.
• 20% upon final completion, commissioning, and handover of the system
