Provision of construction of seedbank in Dam Village 3 at Wadalmahi Province in Blue Nile
World Relief Sudan is implementing the project “Strengthening Inclusive Partnerships for Smallholders in Rain-fed Areas” (SIPRA) in Blue Nile and Central Darfur states. The project builds inclusive, market-oriented partnerships between producer associations and agro-MSMEs in rain-fed areas. The activity below is part of the effort to support producer associations.
World Relief Sudan (WRS) hereby invites you to submit Tender for the construction as per the attached Bidding Form titled ‘ITB NO: BN/SIPRA001/November/2025, construction of seedbank in Dam Village 3 at Wadalmahi Province in Blue Nile.

The following documents must be submitted in (1) hard copy – physical submission in a sealed envelope (2) Zipped file – email submission clearly named “BN/SIPRA001/November/2025 for your bid to be accepted by the Tender Opening Committee:
1. ITB form should be printed, signed, dated and stamped

2. All pages of the ITB should be signed and stamped

3. Company profile including similar constructions in Sudan

4. Ensure no alterations on numbers included in the Price quotation list

5. No White wash or deletion is accepted on the Price quotation list 6. Bids should be strictly quoted in SDG only
Additionally note that:
a) Bidders shall observe the highest standard of ethics during the procurement and execution of contracts. WR will reject a Bid if it determines that the Bidder recommended for award, has engaged in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices in competing for, or in executing, the Contract.

b) Please note that the cost of preparing a bid and of negotiating a contract, including any related travel, is not reimbursable nor can it be included as a direct cost of the assignment
c) World Relief Sudan is not committed to award based on the lowest bids

d) World Relief Sudan reserves the right to refusal of infrastructure that do not meet standards as specified. Costs of refusal is not an obligation to WR
