Save the Children is seeking an experienced individual consultant to support the  National Council for Child Welfare (NCCW) in developing the 2025–2030 National Child Protection Strategy.

Scope of Work:

The consultant will:

• Lead a participatory process to update the national strategy.
• Conduct situation analysis and stakeholder consultations.
• Draft and finalize the strategy and implementation plan.
• Facilitate validation workshops.
• Develop sustainability and child-sensitive budgeting frameworks.
