1. المقدمة
تدعو منظمة هيومن أبيل – المملكة المتحدة الموردين والمصنعين المؤهلين لتقديم عروضهم لتوريد وتسليم صهريج مياه واحد بسعة 50,000 جالون، مصمم للاستخدام في الطرق الوعرة والمناطق النائية. سيتم استخدام المركبة لنقل وتوزيع المياه في مواقع المشروع ذات التضاريس الصعبة.
2. نطاق العمل
يتعين على مقدم العرض الفائز القيام بما يلي:
• تصنيع أو توريد وحدة الشاحنة والصهريج وفقًا للمواصفات المطلوبة.
• التسليم إلى العنوان: مربع 364، بلوك 24، شارع السواحل، مدينة الطائف، الخرطوم، السودان.
• تدريب المشغلين على تشغيل وصيانة المركبة.

3. المواصفات الفنية

6. معايير التقييم

• تنافسية السعر (30%)
• زمن التسليم (15%)
• الضمان وخدمة ما بعد البيع (15%)

9. إخلاء المسؤولية

10. شروط الدفع
سيتم الدفع على النحو التالي، بشرط الأداء والتسليم المرضي:
1. دفعة مقدمة:
حتى 20% من قيمة العقد الإجمالية عند توقيع العقد وتقديم ضمان أداء أو ضمان بنكي بنفس القيمة.
2. دفعة تقدمية:
50% من المبلغ الإجمالي عند تأكيد اكتمال الإنتاج، الفحص في المصنع، وتقديم مستندات الشحن (بوليصة الشحن، شهادة الفحص، وقائمة التعبئة).
3. الدفعة النهائية:
30% من المبلغ الإجمالي بعد التسليم الناجح، الفحص، وقبول صهريج المياه في موقع المشروع.
4. العملة:
يتم الدفع بالدولار الأمريكي أو العملة المحلية عن طريق التحويل البنكي.
5. مدة التسليم:
يجب إتمام التسليم خلال شهرين من توقيع العقد.
6. غرامة التأخير:
غرامة بنسبة 0.5% أسبوعيًا (بحد أقصى 5%) قد تُطبق في حال التأخير، ما لم يكن بسبب ظروف قاهرة مقبولة من قبل المشتري.
7. الاحتفاظ بالضمان (اختياري):
يجوز للمشتري الاحتفاظ بنسبة 5% من إجمالي الدفع لمدة 3 أشهر بعد التسليم، تُصرف بعد التأكد من الأداء المرضي.

Human Appeal -Uk invites qualified suppliers and manufacturers to submit proposals for the supply and delivery of one (1) Water Truck Tanker with a capacity of 5000 gallons designed for off-road operations in rough and remote areas. The vehicle will be used for water transport and distribution in project sites with challenging terrain.

2. Scope of Work
The successful bidder shall be responsible for:
Manufacturing or supplying the water truck and tanker unit as per specifications.
Delivery to 364, Block 24, Off Alsawahli Street, Altaif City, Khartoum, Sudan
Training operators on vehicle operation and maintenance.
Providing warranty, service manuals, and spare parts support.
3. Technical Specifications
Truck Chassis

9. Disclaimer
Human Appeal -UK reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to cancel the procurement process at any time without assigning any reason.
10. Payment Terms
Payment will be made in the following manner, subject to satisfactory performance and delivery:
1. Advance Payment:
Up to 20% of the total contract value upon contract signing and submission of a Performance Guarantee or Bank Guarantee of equal value.
2. Progress Payment:
50% of the total amount upon confirmation of production completion, factory inspection, and submission of shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Inspection Certificate, and Packing List).
3. Final Payment:
30% of the total amount after successful delivery, inspection, and acceptance of the water truck tanker at the project site.
4. Currency:
Payments shall be made in [USD/local currency] via bank transfer.
5. Delivery Time:
Delivery to be completed within [2 months] from contract signature.
6. Late Delivery Penalty:
A penalty of 0.5% per week (up to a maximum of 5%) may be applied for late delivery unless due to force majeure conditions accepted by the buyer.
7. Warranty Retention (optional):
The buyer may retain 5% of the total payment for 3 months after delivery as a warranty holdback, to be released upon confirmation of satisfactory performance.
