تعلن جمعيه الهلال الاحمر السوداني بالتعاون مع الصليب الاحمر الأسباني عن عطاء  توريد أسمدة ومبيدات زراعية وفق الكميات الاتية:

1/ عدد ( 23,750). كيلو جرام من الاسمدة  

2/ عدد ( 475) لتر من المبيدات الزراعية

 على الموردين والشركات الاخرى استلام التفاصيل وكراسه العطاء من ادارة المشتروات- جمعيه الهلال الاحمر السوداني- فرع غرب كردفان( الفولة)- وفرع شمال كردفان(الابيض).

شروط التقديم للعطاء:

1. تقديم السيرة الذاتية للشركة والانشطة والاعمال المشابهة التى قامت بتنفيذها سابقا.
2. شهادة التأسيس وشهادة التسجيل.
3. إرفاق شهادة رقم تعريفى ضريبى.
4. على كل مشارك فى العطاء يطلب دفعية مقدما عليه احضار مقابل تلك الدفعية ضمان بنكى او من شركة تامين او شيك معتمد.
5. التوريد الى مخازن جمعية الهلال الهلال الاحمر السوداني غرب كردفان  .
6. أخر موعد لتقديم العروض يوم الثلاثاء الموافق18-10-2025م في تمام الساعه الثانية ظهرا.
7. أن يكون العطاء مغلفا في ظروف مختوم ومعنون – لجمعية الهلال الاحمر السوداني– الفولة أو الأبيض.

8-  لدى جمعية الهلال الاحمر السوداني الحق في قبول او رفض اي عطاء مقدم كما ان الجمعية غير ملزمة بقبول اقل او اعلي عطاء.

Tender announcement for fertilizers and pesticides supply

The Sudanese Red Crescent Society, in collaboration with the Spanish Red Cross, announces a tender for the supply of fertilizers and agricultural pesticides in the following quantities:

1. Quantity: 23,750 kilograms of  fertilizers
2. Quantity: 475 liters of agricultura  pesticides

Suppliers and other companies are requested to collect the tender details and documents from the Procurement Department of the Sudanese Red Crescent Society – West Kordofan Branch (El-Foula) and North Kordofan Branch (Al-Obeid).

Tender Submission Requirements:

1. Submit the company profile, including similar activities and projects previously implemented.
2. Certificate of incorporation and registration.
3. Attach a valid tax identification certificate.
4. Any participant requesting an advance payment must provide a bank guarantee, insurance company guarantee, or certified cheque equivalent to the requested amount.
5. Delivery must be made to the warehouses of the Sudanese Red Crescent Society in West Kordofan.
6. The deadline for submitting offers is Tuesday, October 18, 2025, at 2:00 PM.
7. Offers must be sealed in an envelope and addressed to the Sudanese Red Crescent Society – El-Fula or Al-Obeid.
8. The Sudanese Red Crescent Society reserves the right to accept or reject any submitted offer and is not obligated to accept the lowest or highest bid.

 With reference to the above-mentioned subject, we kindly request that you provide us with your offer based on the item type, technical specifications and quantities in accordance with the following conditions:

Offer terms & condition:

1. Offer validity.
2. Payment terms should be clearly indicated.
3. Please specify the delivery lead time.
4.  Please specify VAT % (if any).

٧- العملة: الجنيه السوداني (SDG).

٨- إرفاق المستندات التي تثبت ممارسة المهنة.

• The tender documents can be collected from the office of the Sudanese Red Crescent Society – El-Foula – El-Obeid starting from 8/10/2025.
• Envelopes must be returned on 18/10/2025 at 2:00 PM. No envelopes will be accepted after this date and time.

• يتم سحب كراسة العطاء من مكتب جمعية الهلال الاحمر السوداني- الفولة- الابيض ابتداء من 08/10/2025
• يتم ارجاع المظاريف يوم 18/10/2025 الساعة 2 ظهرا. وبعد هذا التاريخ والميعاد لايتم استلام اي مظروف.
