For rehabilitation of three (3) blocks of latrines (12 drop holes) across three IDP sites in Al-Jabaleen Locality, White Nile State

ADRA Sudan on behalf of its partners, is inviting qualified contractors and companies to bid for Rehabilitation of 3 Blocks of latrines 12 drop holes in Al-Jabalian Locality – IDPs Sites – White Nile State as per the specifications and details set in the tender booklet (BOQ)

Potential and qualified companies and contractors interested to carry out the Rehabilitation works can collect tender booklet (BOQ) from ADRA Sudan Kosti Office, AL-Andalus. Bidders must submit the following documents along with their offers:

• Certificate of registration
• The firm of the company profile and/or owner CV, technical and financial abilities and experiences of similar works implemented by the contractor or the company
• Valid clearance certificate from Tax and Zakat (original) .
• Bank statement verifying the financial ability of the bidder
• Recommendation letter from the contractor’s union at state level
• Guarantee check equivalent to 2% of the total value of the bid or guarantee letter from the bank or insurance company and must be topped up to 60% by the selected bidder

N.B All documents submitted for this tender should be copies (non-returnable) except Zakat and Tax.

• The bids are to be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelopes and posted in the tender box located in the organization premises in Kosti – ADRA Office.
• Closing deadline: Time 4:00 PM, Date 11/November/2025
• Offers submitted in other manner than those indicated above will not be considered
• The offers will be scored and evaluated based on the prices and the documents required to be attached
• The organization reserves the right to accept the lowest or the highest offer

لإعادة تأهيل ثلاث (3) وحدات من المراحيض (تتضمن 12 فتحة) موزعة على ثلاثة مواقع للنازحين داخليًا في محلية الجبلين، ولاية النيل الأبيض.

       ترغب منظمة ادرا السودان بالتعاون مع شركائها في طرح عطاء لمقاولين أو شركات مؤهلة لإعادة تأهيل عدد (3) وحدات مراحيض 12 حفرة لمراكز الوافدين – بمحلية الجبلين – ولاية النيل الابيض وفقًا للمواصفات والتفاصيل المنصوص عليها في كراسة العطاء (BOQ)

يمكن للشركات والمقاولين المحتملين والمؤهلين المهتمين بتنفيذ أعمال التركيب الحصول على كراسة العطاء (BOQ) من رئاسة المنظمة بكوستي حي الاندلس . يجب على مقدمي العروض تقديم المطلوبات التالية مع عروضهم:

• شهادة تسجيل
• ملف تعريفي عن المقاول أو الشركة و/أو السيرة الذاتية للمالك والقدرات الفنية والمالية والخبرات في الأعمال المماثلة التي ينفذها المورد أو الشركة
• شهادة ابراء ذمة سارية المفعول من مصلحة الضرائب والزكاة (اصل)
• كشف حساب بنكي يؤكد القدرة المالية لمقدم العطاء
• توصية من اتحاد المقاولين بالولاية
• شيك ضمان يعادل 2% من القيمة الإجمالية للعطاء أو خطاب ضمان من البنك أو شركة التأمين ويستكمل حتى 60% لمن يرسو عليه العطاء

ملحوظة: جميع المستندات المقدمة لهذا العطاء يجب أن تكون نسخًا (غير قابلة للإرجاع) عدا الضرائب و الزكاة.

• تقدم العروض في مظاريف مقفولة ومختومة وتوضع في صندوق العطاءات الموجود برئاسة المنظمة بكوستي حي  الاندلس  .
• الموعد النهائي للتقديم: الساعة 4:00 مساءً ، التاريخ 11/نوفمبر/2025
• يتم تقييم العطاء استنادا على قيمة العرض والمستندات المطلوب ارفاقها
• سيتم تقييم العروض وتقييمها بناءً على الأسعار والمستندات المطلوب إرفاقها
• المنظمة غير مقيدة بقبول أقل او أعلى عرض ويمكن قبول العرضين أو أحدهما ورفض الاخر
