Invitation to Suppliers/ Business Opportunities

The Rural Community Development Organization (RCDO), Sudan, in cooperation with its donor, Norwegian Church Aid (NCA), Sudan, is implementing a Water, Sanitation, Hygiene (WASH), and Gender-Based Violence (GBV) project in Gadarif State.

RCDO hereby invites qualified and experienced suppliers, for one or several of the following categories, to express their interest by providing their company information. Suppliers who respond to this advertisement may be invited to participate in a subsequent tender process for the relevant lot(s).

Goods:

• Development of Visibility and Printing Materials
• Provision of Food Items
• Provision of Stationery
• Provision of Office Equipment
• Emergency Water Supply Items (e.g., water trucking, water tanks/bladders, tap stands, and taps)
• Clean-up Campaign Tool Kits
• Hygiene Kits

Services:

• Desludging of Latrines
• Transportation and Logistics (including vehicle rental, fuel, and driver services)
• Security Guard Services

Works:

• Construction and Rehabilitation of [Water Points, Sanitary Facilities, WGSS…etc.]

Interested suppliers are requested to provide the following information:

• The specific supply or service category (from the list above) you are interested in supplying.
• Company's full name, address, and contact details (phone, email).
• Name and title of the primary contact person.
• A brief description of the company’s background and main line of work.
• Summary of relevant experience with similar supplies or services, especially for NGO/UN projects.
