إعلان عطاء توريد بذور    

تعلن جمعيه الهلال الاحمر السوداني بالتعاون مع الصليب الاحمر الأسباني عن عطاء  توريد بذور الأتية: (البامية الخضراء عدد 47.5 كيلو جرام + البصل الأخصر عدد 23.75 كيلو جرام + البطيخ الأخصر عدد 23.75 كيلو جرام  + الطماطم عدد 19 كيلو جرام + عدد 475 طورية بملحقاتها + عدد 475 كرك بملحقاتها + عدد 475 كوريك بملحقاتها).

 على الموردين والشركات الاخرى استلام التفاصيل وكراسه العطاء من ادارة المشتروات- جمعيه الهلال الاحمر السوداني- فرع غرب كردفان( الفولة)- وفرع شمال كردفان(الابيض).

شروط التقديم للعطاء:

1. تقديم السيرة الذاتية للشركة والانشطة والاعمال المشابهة التى قامت بتنفيذها سابقا.
2. شهادة التأسيس وشهادة التسجيل.
3. إرفاق شهادة رقم تعريفى ضريبى.
4. على كل مشارك فى العطاء يطلب دفعية مقدما عليه احضار مقابل تلك الدفعية ضمان بنكى او من شركة تامين او شيك معتمد.
5. التوريد الى مخازن جمعية الهلال الاحمر السودانى –الفولة.
6. أخر موعد لتقديم العروض يوم الثلاثاء الموافق30-9-2025م في تمام الساعه الثانية ظهرا.
7. أن يكون العطاء مغلفا في ظروف مختوم ومعنون – لجمعية الهلال الاحمر السوداني– الفولة او الأبيض.

8-  لدى جمعية الهلال الاحمر السوداني الحق في قبول او رفض اي عطاء مقدم كما ان الجمعية غير ملزمة بقبول اقل او اعلي عطاء.

Tender announcement for seed supply

The Sudanese Red Crescent Society, in cooperation with the Spanish Red Cross, announces a tender for the supply of seeds as follows:

• Green Okra: 47.5 kg
• Green Onion: 23.75 kg
• Green Watermelon: 23.75 kg
• Tomatoes: 19 kg
• 475 Hoes with wooden handle   
• 475 Rack with wooden handle   
• 475 Shovels with wooden handle.

Suppliers and companies are invited to collect the tender details and tender documents from the Procurement Department at the Sudanese Red Crescent Society – West Kordofan Branch (Al-Fula) or the North Kordofan Branch (El-Obeid).

Tender Submission Requirements:

1. Submit the company's profile including past relevant activities and similar projects previously executed.
2. Certificate of incorporation and business registration certificate.
3. Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate.
4. Any participant requesting an advance payment must provide a bank guarantee, insurance guarantee, or certified cheque to cover the requested advance.
5. Submit seed samples duly marked with name of supplier / Variety
6. Delivery shall be made to the Sudanese Red Crescent Society warehouses – Al-Fula.
7. The deadline for submitting offers is Tuesday, 30th September 2025, at 2:00 PM.
8. The bid must be sealed in an envelope, stamped, and addressed to the Sudanese Red Crescent Society – Al-Fula or El-Obeid.
9. The Sudanese Red Crescent Society reserves the right to accept or reject any bid submitted, and is not obligated to accept the lowest or highest bid.

• The tender documents can be collected from the office of the Sudanese Red Crescent Society – El-Foula – El-Obeid starting from 23/9/2025.
• Envelopes must be returned on 30/9/2025 at 2:00 PM. No envelopes will be accepted after this date and time.

• يتم سحب كراسة العطاء من مكتب جمعية الهلال الاحمر السوداني- الفولة- الابيض ابتداء من 23/9/2025
• يتم ارجاع المظاريف يوم 30/9/2025 الساعة 2 ظهرا. وبعد هذا التاريخ والميعاد لايتم استلام اي مظروف.
