Relief International (RI) invites you to submit a Technical and Financial offer to provide goods in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents.   RI is looking for a competent and specialized company to supply and deliver dignity kits for Aldaba –Northern state 

The Invitation to Tender (ITT) details are as follows:

The following documents must be submitted in a hard copy in a sealed envelope for your Bid to be accepted by the Tender Opening Committee: 

1. The attached RI Bid Form (Annex A) must be completed and submitted in accordance with Annex C. 

2. Technical and financial offer 

3. The attached Tender and Contract Award Acknowledgement Certificate (Annex B) must be completed and be duly signed by an authorized company representative and submitted in accordance with Annex C. 

4. Additional documents that must be submitted with the tender package include Trade License, Company Registration documents and Tax Registration document. 

5. Supplier code of conduct must be signed, stamped and submitted with the tender package. 

6. Supplier registration form must be filled, signed, stamped and submitted with the tender package.  

7. Samples of Dignity kits will be requested from the top 3 vendors before final award.

Full bid submissions must be submitted in a sealed envelope at RI Port Sudan office, no later than 7th October 2025 at 3:30 PM Local Time. Failure to meet the closing date/time may result in the tender being void. Returned bids must remain valid for consideration for a period of not less than 60 days from the closing date.
