Save the Children International Sudan Country Office invites qualified suppliers to submit bids for the Provision of vaccine cold chain equipment.

Interested suppliers are requested to:

• Download the attached Invitation to Tender (ITT) document.
• Complete the RFQ and Bidder Response sections included in the document.
• Submit their completed bids via email no later than 22nd September 2025.

All submissions must be sent to the designated procurement email address as outlined below and in the ITT document:

Submission Deadline: All fully filled ITT documents and supporting documents must be submitted by the 22^nd of September by 4pm.

The subject of the email should be “Tender No 639893 - 640099 / (vaccine cold chain equipment) – ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.

For any inquires, kindly reach out to SudanCO.procurement@savethechildren.org with the subject of the email being the name of the tender.

All attached documents should be clearly labelled so it is clear to understand what each file relates to.
