Save the Children International in Sudan is inviting submissions of tenders for a contract to provide the following services: 

•    CALL For Proposal - Outcome Anaysis SD 02, 03, 06, 08, 10 Sudan for 2025/26 Consumption Year

Detailed specifications are included within the TOR document. 
Interested parties are invited to review the attached Terms of Reference (ToR) and submit both Technical and Financial Proposals to:

Please ensure your proposal includes:

• A detailed methodology aligned with the ToR
• Budget breakdown
• Timeline and deliverables
• Relevant experience and qualifications

Submission Deadline: Technical and financial proposals to be submitted through soft copy by 17^th of September 2025 (4 pm).

The subject of the email should be “RFQ 642693 / (Outcome Analysis (OA) for Sudan) – ‘Bidder Name’, ‘Date’’.
