ADRA Sudan on behalf of its partners, is inviting qualified supplier and companies to bid for The construction of Multipurpose Community Center (MPCC) in East Nile as per the specifications and details set in the tender booklet (BOQ).

Potential and qualified companies and suppliers interested can collect tender booklet (BOQ) from ADRA Sudan Khartoum office, Ayman Nimer Street, Alriyad, Karrarey.  Bidders must submit the following documents along with their offers:  

• Certificate of registration  

• The supplier or the company profile and owner CV.

•  Technical ability supported by clear description of organizational structure.
•  Financial abilities proved by Bank statement verifying the financial ability of the bidder 
• Experiences of similar work implemented by the supplier or the company  

• Valid clearance certificate from Tax and Zakat 

• Guarantee check equivalent to 2% of the total value of the bid or guarantee letter from the bank or insurance company and must be topped up to 60% by the selected bidder 

N.B All documents submitted for this tender should be copies (Non-Returnable) except for Tax and Zakat must be original.

• The bids are to be submitted in sealed and stamped envelopes and posted in the tender box located in the organization premises Ayman Nimer Street, Alriyad, Karrarey Omdurman.
• Closing deadline: Time 4:00 PM, Date 23 Sept 2025

• Offers submitted in other manner than those indicated above will not be considered

ترغب منظمة ادرا السودان مكتب الخرطوم بالتعاون مع شركائها في طرح عطاء لموردين أوشركات مؤهلة لتشييد وبناء عدد (1) مركز مجتمعي  شرق النيل متعدد الأغراض - شرق النيل وفقًا للمواصفات والتفاصيل المنصوص عليها في كراسة العطاء (BOQ).

يمكن للشركات والموردين المحتملين والمؤهلين والمهتمين الحصول على كراسة العطاء (BOQ) من رئاسة المنظمة شارع أيمن نمر، الرياض، كرري، أم درمان.

 يجب على مقدمي العروض تقديم المطلوبات التالية مع عروضهم: 

• شهادة التسجيل
• ملف تعريفي للمورد أو الشركة، مع السيرة الذاتية لصاحب/أصحاب الشركة
• الكفاءة الفنية مدعومة بوصف واضح للهيكل التنظيمي
• القدرة المالية مثبتة بكشف حساب بنكي يوضح الملاءة المالية للمُتنافس
• خبرات في تنفيذ أعمال مماثلة من قبل المورد أو الشركة
• شهادة خلو طرف سارية المفعول من الضرائب والزكاة
• شيك ضمان يعادل 2٪ من القيمة الإجمالية للعطاء، أو خطاب ضمان من بنك أو شركة تأمين، ويجب أن يُستكمل إلى 60٪ من قِبل المتناقص الذي يتم اختياره

ملحوظة: جميع المستندات المقدمة لهذا العطاء يجب أن تكون نسخًا (غير قابلة للإرجاع) ، ما عدا شهادة الضرائب والزكاة يجب أن تكون نسخ أصلية.

• تقدم العروض في مظاريف مقفولة ومختومة وتوضع في صندوق العطاءات الموجود برئاسة شارع أيمن نمر، الرياض، كرري، أم درمان.

• يتم تقييم العطاء إستنادا على قيمة العرض والمستندات المطلوب إرفاقها

• المنظمة غير مقيدة بقبول أقل او أعلى عرض ويمكن قبول العرضين أو أحدهما ورفض الأخر
