Scope of Work
GENERATOR SERVICES FOR TWO GENERATORS IN THE CRS OFFICE AND GUEST HOUSES
Background:
CRS is an international non-governmental organization working in Sudan, with an administrative office in Port Sudan and multiple field and deep-field offices in Darfur and El-Gadaref.
CRS’s Port Sudan office & Guest House is Located at Block 4, Hay Almatar, East Al-Waledain Mosque, Alsilk Street.
The growing capacity of this building necessitates the need for standby generators and regular maintenance services for these generators. To ensure optimal power supply from the generators, it is essential to implement a well-designed system for inspection, maintenance, and repairs.
This comprehensive approach guarantees that the generators remain secure, visually appealing, and fully operational for CRS utilization. CRS is seeking qualified and reputable service providers or companies to establish a long-term agreement for maintenance and repair services.

The Needed Services and maintenance
- General generator services.
- Periodic services, checkups and maintenance.
Objectives & Deliverables/Outcomes
- The vendor must supply CRS with a valid profession certificate.
- The vendor should be able to provide the services to CRS upon immediate request from CRS’s assigned Focal points that will be listed on the Agreement
- The vendor must always be able to supply CRS with quality services at the designated office and guest houses in Port Sudan.
- Services prices should align with government-fixed rates, and any contract amendments should reflect the newly agreed prices.
- Services prices will be based on the prevailing market rates at the time of supply.
- Services deliveries will be made to CRS depots as required.
- Long Term Agreements will be in USD
- All payments to the Vendor will be in Local Currency based on the official Exchange rates at the date of the payment
