For Installing Solar Power system of 1 Boreholes in Al-Managil Town – Block No (41)

ADRA Sudan on behalf of its partners, is inviting qualified contractors and companies to bid for installing solar power system of one borehole in Al-Managil Town – Murabaa 41 – Al-Jazeera State as per the specifications and details set in the tender booklet (BOQ)

Potential and qualified companies and contractors interested to carry out the installation works can collect tender booklet (BOQ) from ADRA Sudan Kosti Office, AL-Andalus and NADA Al-Azhar Office – Hai Alzamalik - Madani. Bidders must submit the following documents along with their offers:

• Certificate of registration
• The firm of the company profile and/or owner CV, technical and financial abilities and experiences of similar works implemented by the contractor or the company
• Valid clearance certificate from Tax and Zakat
• Bank statement verifying the financial ability of the bidder
• Recommendation letter from the contractor’s union at state level
• Guarantee check equivalent to 2% of the total value of the bid or guarantee letter from the bank or insurance company and must be topped up to 60% by the selected bidder

N.B All documents submitted for this tender should be copies (non-returnable) except Zakat and Tax.

• The bids are to be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelopes and posted in the tender box located in the organization premises in Madani -NADA Alazhar Office and Kosti – ADRA Office.
• Closing deadline: Time 4:00 PM, Date: October 2,2025.
• Offers submitted in other manner than those indicated above will not be considered
• The offers will be scored and evaluated based on the prices and the documents required to be attached

       ترغب منظمة ادرا السودان بالتعاون مع شركائها في طرح عطاء لمقاولين أو شركات مؤهلة لتركيب نظام طاقة شمسية لبئر بمدينة المناقل مربع 41 – ولاية الجزيرة وفقًا للمواصفات والتفاصيل المنصوص عليها في كراسة العطاء (BOQ)

يمكن للشركات والمقاولين المحتملين والمؤهلين المهتمين بتنفيذ أعمال التركيب الحصول على كراسة العطاء (BOQ) من رئاسة المنظمة بكوستي حي الاندلس او مكتب منظمة ندي الازهار بحي الزمالك - مدني. يجب على مقدمي العروض تقديم المطلوبات التالية مع عروضهم:

• شهادة تسجيل .
• ملف تعريفي عن المقاول أو الشركة و/أو السيرة الذاتية للمالك والقدرات الفنية والمالية والخبرات في الأعمال المماثلة التي ينفذها المورد أو الشركة .
• شهادة ابراء ذمة سارية المفعول من مصلحة الضرائب والزكاة .
• كشف حساب بنكي يؤكد القدرة المالية لمقدم العطاء .
• توصية من اتحاد المقاولين بالولاية .
• شيك ضمان يعادل 2% من القيمة الإجمالية للعطاء أو خطاب ضمان من البنك أو شركة التأمين ويستكمل حتى 60% لمن يرسو عليه العطاء.

ملحوظة: جميع المستندات المقدمة لهذا العطاء يجب أن تكون نسخًا (غير قابلة للإرجاع) عدا الضرائب و الزكاة.
