RI seeks a supplier for RI is looking for a competent and specialized company to provide Emergency Shelter and Non-Food Items (ESNFI) KITS in Khartoum.

The following documents must be submitted in a hard copy only in a sealed envelope for your Bid to be accepted by the Tender Opening Committee:

3. The attached Tender and Contract Award Acknowledgement Certificate (Annex B) must be completed and be duly signed by an authorized company representative and submitted in accordance with Annex C.

4. Additional documents that must be submitted with the tender package include: Trade License, Company Registration documents and Tax Registration document.

5. Supplier code of conduct must be signed, stamped and submitted with the tender package.

6. Supplier registration form must be filled, signed, stamped and submitted with the tender package.
