Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit, and non-governmental international humanitarian organization. Under the SPARK project, funded by the Embassy of the Netherlands, Mercy Corps Sudan is seeking qualified consultants or firms to provide technical support to Financial Service Providers (FSPs) in product development and customer acquisition to enhance MSME access to financial services in East and West Galabat, Gadarif State.

This assignment aims to support the design and rollout of innovative and inclusive financial products tailored to the needs of MSME agri-businesses. Interested supplier can find below attached:

A) Request for Quotation (RFQ).

B) Detailed SoW.

C) Supplier Information Form.

D) Selection Criteria.

Complete Quotation (must include Tax, delivery schedule, payment term,

Warranty) and Supplier Information Form along with Company profile\individual ID, legal registration, Tax Number, past similar experience must be submitted to Mercy Corps by August 10^th, 2025, using one of the methods below:
