NRC seeks a qualified national partner to build the capacity of 150 Local Responders (LRs), including CBOs, NGOs, and women/youth-led groups

The project runs from September 1 to December 31, 2025, covering hard-to-reach areas in Gedaref, Kassala, Red Sea, Northern, and River Nile states

Training will be delivered through dynamic in-person and remote sessions on strategic planning, project & financial management, humanitarian principles, and protection mainstreaming.

Local actors will be equipped with skills to improve monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of humanitarian programs.

Tailored training materials and tools will be developed, aligned with NRC’s standards and donor requirements.

Pre- and post-training assessments will be conducted to measure impact and ensure continuous learning.

The project aims to strengthen localization by expanding access to Group Cash Transfers (GCTs) and mini-grants through capable local partners.

All activities will be coordinated from Port Sudan, with outreach to remote target areas for maximum impact.

Partners must ensure compliance with data protection, safeguarding policies, and ethical humanitarian principles.

The partner must be a legally registered entity with at least 3 years’ experience working in Sudan’s humanitarian context.
