Medical Teams International, a global health and humanitarian organization providing life-saving health care to people facing crisis, is expanding its vital work in Sudan. With support from key partners, Medical Teams plans to serve people in critical need in Khartoum and West Darfur states. Through these locations and its ongoing presence in White Nile and Gedaref states, Medical Teams plans to reach 1,353,905 beneficiaries.

Medical Teams is currently providing direct health and nutrition services to refugees, internally displaced people, and host communities, serving a catchment population of nearly one million people. Services include mobile healthcare, early detection and screening of acute malnutrition, nutrition surveillance, immunization, health monitoring, capacity-building, mental health support, and community training and awareness.

MTI Sudan office is inviting qualified companies and individuals to submit a competitive proposal for providing Vehicle Hire Services to all MTI Field Offices and Major Cities within ( Gadaref, Port Sudan, Omdurman and Madni  )

Potential and qualified companies and Individuals who own cars interesting to carry Vehicle Hire Services to all MTI Sudan Country Program in  ( Gadaref, Port Sudan, Omdurman  and Madni ) Project to provide Vehicle Hire Services to all MTI  Field Offices and Major Cities within ( Gadaref, Port Sudan, and Omdurman ) the companies and Individuals can collect RFP from MTI -Sudan office Gadaref   office – Gadaref   , AL Matamer ,companies and Individuals must submit the following document along with the offer:

• Certificate of Registration for Company or valid vehicle license registered in his direct name / Ownership of applicant
• Company profile, and experience of similar works implemented by the contractor or the company
• Valid vehicle Insurance for all vehicles.
• Recommendation letters from other organizations in similar works

• All documents submitted for this tender should be copies (non- returnable)
• The bids are to be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelopes and posted in the tender box located in Organization office in Gadaref   - Al Rabaa, Al Matameir  East of Al , Matamir Mosque,
• Closing deadline: date July 24, 2025   , time 4:00 pm  
• Late RFP submitted in a different way than indicated above will be rejected or returned to the tenderers
• The offer for Constructing of different constructions above will remain the same throughout the contract period regardless the location of the targeted water yard as long as they are in Gadaref   state.
• The offers will be scored and evaluated based on the price and the documents required to be submitted.
• The organization reserves the right to accept the lowest or the highest offer.
• The tender documents will be available free of charge at the office of the MTI – Gadaref  office Al Rabaa ,Al Matameir  East of Al , Matamir Mosque  and Port Sudan Country office Hi Al Matar,from Sunday July 17, 2025 to July 24, 2025 , during working hours (from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
