Assessment Criteria
Step 1: Administrative Compliance
Bids must include:

Step 2: Technical Evaluation
Bids passing Step 1 will be evaluated technically as per Section 3 criteria.
Step 3: Financial Evaluation
Price evaluation against NRC’s benchmark and other technically compliant bids.
