Relief International is a 60-year-old development and humanitarian nonprofit alliance and works with vulnerable communities across Sudan to deliver healthcare, secure access to clean water and food, improve basic hygiene practices, and create employment opportunities. Our teams provide primary healthcare, vaccinations, family planning, and care for expectant and new mothers at 47 locations. We also build local capacity by training national health service providers and conducting community-wide campaigns on disease prevention and healthy practices.

Relief International (RI) invites your submission of a financial bid in order to provide goods/services in accordance with the conditions detailed in the attached documents. RI seeks a supplier for Construction of 453 IHHLs (Household Latrines) and 01 elevated water tank in Zamzam Camp at el-Fasher North Darfur.

The Invitation to Tender (ITT) details are as follows:

The following documents must be submitted in a hard copy in a sealed envelope for your Bid to be accepted by the Tender Opening Committee:

1. The attached RI Bid Form (Annex A) must be completed and submitted in accordance with Annex C.
2. Completed Proposal of Work / Price List / Bill of Quantities (Annex E & F) (Annex G & H)
3. The attached Tender and Contract Award Acknowledgement Certificate (Annex B) must completed and be duly signed by an authorized company representative and submitted in accordance with Annex C.
4. Copies of official company/organization registration and tax documents and essential certificates.

Full package of bid documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope; the only information on the envelope should be the following:
