EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, more specifically the “Better Migration Management” project, financed by the European Commission and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), would like to provide the El-Gadarif Teaching State Hospital with medical equipment; therefore, GIZ would like to invite qualified Suppliers to procure various medical equipment, including the following items:

Lot 1 – Hospital furniture, including 5 and 3 positions electrical beds (quantity of 13 in total), ABS hospital bedside tables cabinet with casters (quantity of 13), hospital bed side dining tables (quantity of 13), drip stands (quantity of 15), stainless-steel medical instrument trolley (quantity of 6) etc.

Lot 2 – Diagnosis equipment, including clinical grade dual-head stethoscope (quantity of 8), Blood pressure sphygmomanometer (quantity of 8), medical air nebulizer with kits (quantity of 9), 0ptical pulse oximeter (quantity of 8)                                                           
Lot 3 – ICU equipment, including 5 and 3 parameters patient monitor machine (quantity of 9 in total), electric syringe pump (quantity of 5), ECG machine (quantity of 2)

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Sudan with the following:

1. An official letter clearly indicating your interest to participate in this tender and the Lot or Lots you are interested to bid for.

2. Comprehensive company/ individual profile with the following information; Address: City, Street, Place, Legal form, Registration body, copy of the legal registration, Date of creation, Date of commencement of activities, Ownership details, Web address and social media accounts if it exists, Registration in VAT Tax Chamber, Business description, Number of employees, Services/ products currently on offer.

3. Financial Information (bank reference letter in favour of GIZ or bank statement with minimum turnover of 80,000 USD or 36,300,000 SDG).

4. Kindly list at least three similar jobs done previously. Information should include details of awarding company and delivery value.

5. Registration certification from the Ministry of Health.

For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents only in hardcopies in a sealed envelope to GIZ Sudan Office reception at No. 3, Amarat Street, House 28, Block 10a Khartoum, Sudan, labelled per Lot that you are interested in bidding for:

Your complete documents should not be more than 30 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Thursday 19^th August 2021 from the date of this publication will be accepted and considered.

Do not send price offers, kindly note that complete tender documents would be sent to firms that express their interest. - Non-conformity with all conditions mentioned could lead to the exclusion of the bid.
