NDER ADVERTISEMENT CONSTRUCTIONS OF 115 HOUSEHOLD LATRINES IN REFUGEES CAMPS IN -WHITE NILE STATE

Catholic Agency for overseas Development (CAFOD) with funds from UNHCR and in partnership with Hope and Friendship for Development (HOPE) are implementing a WASH project in White Nile State host community & refugee camps. The project is targeting to support the improvement of water & hygiene and sanitation needs of the host community & South Sudanese Refugees through constructions of HH Latrines. CAFOD and HOPE Sudan are seeking tenders from qualified vendors / suppliers/ constructions engineering companies for constructions of HH Latrines- White Nile State. 

CAFOD and HOPE invites all interested suppliers/vendors/contractors to collect tender documents from CAFOD KOSTI office between 14 April 2024 to 20 April 2024. 

note: A letter delegating an individual from the company is required when receiving the tender Dossier.

Tender documents can be collected from 14 April 2024 during working days and hours (11.00am to 3:00 pm) last day for collecting tender dossiers 18 April 2024

Interested vendors/suppliers/ contractors MUST provide the following information indicating that they are qualified to the works:

The companys valid registration 

Taxation chamber certification and other government related registration

History / profile of the company 

Description of similar assignments achieved.

Evidence of experience in similar works 

Financial ability \current bank statement (this will be kept as confidential document)

Guarantee cheque from the bank ((this will be kept as confidential document)

Fill in the questionnaire and the supplier form 

The last date for submission of completed sealed bids is 20 April 2024 by 3:00 pm, incomplete bids will not be considered.

Tender bids will be opened 21 April 2024 at 12am, in CAFOD Office Kosti
