Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit, and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps is seeking to partner with seed companies to strength the rural seed retail networks through training and improve access to certified seeds at a subsidized /discounted price to farmers in Gadaref State.  The project is being implemented in four localities in Gadaref State which are grouped into two clusters i.e. Cluster 1: Gallabat Ash Shargiah and Basounda localities and Cluster 2 Wasat Gedaref and El Fashaga localities.

If you are part of a seed producing or seed importing company and are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to complete an Intent to Bid Form and submit it according to the guidelines below.

1. The suppliers can download the Intent to Bid Form on this link https://www.sudanbid.com
2. Intend to Bid Form can be picked up at Mercy Corps office in Gedaref.

Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps by 7^th March 2024 at 3:30pm in one of the below methods.

1. Email completed Intent to Bid Form to

sd-tenders@mercycorps.org with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line.

2. Return completed Intent to Bid Form in person and put in the Tender Box placed at Mercy Corps office in Gedaref. The Tender Reference number should be written in the envelope. 

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Bid / Proposal will be sent to only the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Bid Request for Proposal will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.
