NATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER FOR FRAMEWORK AGREEMEN

NRC Sudan funded by multiple donors is seeking to engage service providers to enter into Long Term Agreements (LTA)/ Framework Agreements (FWA) to provide procurement and delivery of different emergency nonfood items and family tents for two years.

TENDER DOCUMENTS

The Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents will provide all relevant information in detail, including requirements, quantities, delivery location, date, time, and place for the submission of the Tender, and can be obtained either:

Alternatively, bidders can pick-up in person the ITB documents from the Logistics Department from Sunday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:00 at our office located in Block 2 House No.337, Hay-Almattar District, Red Sea State, Sudan.

Closing date for submitting the tender is 7th Dec 2023 at 16H00.

All times are local Sudan time.

All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.  

All eligible suppliers to download the complete tender dossier from the DTS link https://bit.ly/3sQCYiR. Completed tender documents are to be uploaded on the same link as per instructions. The deadline for submission is 16:00Am on 7th Dec 2023.

All potential vendors to take note that “the DTS system does not accept uploading of bid documents on/after expiring of closing date and time”.
