For Rehabilition and Bacteriological tests of (18) Hand Pumps in Bau and Kurmuk provinces in ( Magba , Jaigo , Gabanit , Kumreg , Bau , Deglog , Gambarda , Abigo , Dokan ) Villages
ADRA Sudan Organization on behalf of its partners , is inviting qualified contractors and companies to bid for rehabilitation and bacteriological test for (18) hand pumps as per the specifications and details set in the tender booklet (BOQ).
Potential and qualified companies and contractors interested to carry out the Rehabilitation of Hand pumps works can collect tender booklet (BOQ) from ADRA Sudan Damazine office , AL-Riyadh , West to ALSiddiq hotel. Bidders must submit the following documents along with their offers:
- Certificate of registration
- The firm of the company profile and/or owner CV , technical and financial abilities and experiences of similar works implemented by the contractor or the company.
- Valid clearance certificate from Tax and Zakat
- Bank statement verifying the financial ability of the bidder
- Recommendation letter from the contractor’s union at state level
- Guarantee check equivalent to 2% of the total value of the bid or guarantee letter from the bank or insurance company and must be topped up to 60% by the selected bidder
N.B All documents submitted for this tender should be copies (non-returnable)
- The bids are to be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelopes and posted in the tender box located in the organization premises in Damazine AL-Riayd, near AL-Siddiq hotel.
- Closing deadline: Time 4:00 PM, Date 13/ December / 2023 .
- Offers submitted in other manner than those indicated above will not be considered.
- The offers will be scored and evaluated based on the prices and the documents required to be attached.
- The organization reserves the right to accept the lowest or the highest offer.

لصيانة عدد (18) مضخة يدوية بمحافظتي باو والكرمك في المناطق الاتية (مجبا ، جيقو ، قبانيت ، كمريك ، باو ، دقلوك ، قمبردا ، ابيقو ، دوكان )
ترغب منظمة ادرا السودان مكتب النيل الازرق نيابة عن شركائها في طرح عطاء لمقاولين أو شركات مؤهلة لصيانة عدد (18) مضخة يدوية بمحافظتي باو والكرمك وفقًا للمواصفات والتفاصيل المنصوص عليها في كراسة العطاء (BOQ) .
يمكن للشركات والمقاولين المحتملين والمؤهلين المهتمين بتنفيذ أعمال إعادة تاهيل المضخات اليدوية الحصول على كراسة العطاء (BOQ) من رئاسة المنظمة بالدمازين حي الرياض غرب فندق الصديق. يجب على مقدمي العروض تقديم المطلوبات التالية مع عروضهم:
- شهادة تسجيل
- ملف تعريفي عن المقاول أو الشركة و/أو السيرة الذاتية للمالك والقدرات الفنية والمالية والخبرات في الأعمال المماثلة التي ينفذها المورد أو الشركة
- شهادة ابراء ذمة سارية المفعول من مصلحة الضرائب والزكاة
- كشف حساب بنكي يؤكد القدرة المالية لمقدم العطاء
- توصية من اتحاد المقاولين بالولاية
- شيك ضمان يعادل 2% من القيمة الإجمالية للعطاء أو خطاب ضمان من البنك أو شركة التأمين ويستكمل حتى 60% لمن يرسو عليه العطاء
ملحوظة: جميع المستندات المقدمة لهذا العطاء يجب أن تكون نسخًا (غير قابلة للإرجاع)
- تقدم العروض في مظاريف مقفولة ومختومة وتوضع في صندوق العطاءات الموجود برئاسة المنظمة بالدمازين الرياض بالقرب من فندق الصديق.
- الموعد النهائي للتقديم: الساعة 4:00 مساءً ، التاريخ 14/ديسمبر/2023
- يتم تقييم العطاء استنادا على قيمة العرض والمستندات المطلوب ارفاقها
- سيتم تقييم العروض وتقييمها بناءً على الأسعار والمستندات المطلوب إرفاقها
- المنظمة غير مقيدة بقبول أقل او أعلى عرض ويمكن قبول العرضين أو أحدهما ورفض الاخر

Rehabilitation of the number of (18) hand pumps: Rehabilitation of the Hand pump and the dismantling of all its internal and external parts and completely change it with all the needs and accessories of the pump to work at its maximum capacity and high efficiency, review the concrete casting and strengthen the drainage system and the livestock drinking basin. |

Use chlorine shocks for all pumps that have been rehabilitated by (300) grams for the pump after rehabilitation of Hand pumps to ensure that the wells of the hand pumps are cleared of any possible contamination, and once the treatment of chlorine shocks is completed the Hand pump well is pumped for 45 minutes and then the work is completed. |

Numbers of (36) bacteriological Hand pump tests were performed for the reality of (2) tests per Hand pump before the Hand pump was rehabilitated and another after the Hand pump was rehabilitated to make sure that there were no fecal coliforms after disinfection. |

Fencing of (18) hand pumps : Provide Materials of Supply and installation of Gabions wire with an opening of 5 cm and thickness of the Gabions wire is 3 mm and wide 150 cm , 2 inches the Steel pipes of iron 2 m high to be fixed 40 cm in the ground with concrete mix 1:2:3 , the supply is from steel rod 4 mm with span 3 lines from steel rod 12 m, the length of the Fencing is 20 meters with the installation of agate with a width of 1 × 1.5 meter , and The floor slap is to be 10 cm thick minimum of concrete and cementing , to activate the necessary inclination so that the water flowing on the floor of the fence is drained and paint the steel pipes and a gate . |
