Contract for Security Service 18.9203.3-001.00

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH though its Country Office is currently seeking services of professional guarding services (unarmed) at GIZ office premises, during and after business hours (24/7) under which individual agreements per specific location will be concluded. The site is located in Gedaref, Sudan. The service provider and its deployed personnel shall to the very best of their capacity:

• Ensure the safety & security of GIZ personnel / premises / assets
• Avert loss / damage / injury to GIZ personnel / premises / assets
• Avert unauthorized access / intrusion of GIZ personnel / premises / assets

To this end GIZ requests all companies who can provide this service to submit the following documents for consideration

1. An official letter expressing interest clearly indicating your interest to participate in this tender.
2. Copy of certified security license and permit issued by Ministry of Interior of Government Of Sudan
3. Company business registration certificate, Tax and VAT registration documents.
4. Bank reference letter or evidence of annual turnover (2020, 2021, 2022) with minimum turnover of EUR 30,000 (or equivalent in USD or SDG) combined.
5. Notarized declaration of conformity by courts in Sudan indication that business can operate legally in security service in Sudan. This declaration must include the following information: that the company possess all permits and licenses issued by the Sudanese jurisdiction to carry out the security services, the company conform to all local requirements for the legal and ethical operation of an (armed/unarmed) security service provider, ensure conformity to the Sudanese labour law regulations towards its employees.

For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents in English language only in softcopies to GIZ Tender email:

Your complete documents should not be more than 35 pages. Only complete documents received at the E-mail address indicated not later than November 13^th, 2023 will be accepted and considered.

Do not send price offers, kindly note that complete tender documents would be sent to firms that express their interest. - Non-conformity with all conditions mentioned could lead to the exclusion from the bid.
