The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “GIZ Structural Strengthening of Employment Promotion & Vocational Training & Apprenticeship Programme” financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) would like to award consultancy contract for set up a webpage for the partner of SEPVA, namely 249 Startups, with the aim of establishing the office management platform.

The objective of this consultancy is to establish a website for the service point for office management from 249 Startups. The website shall fulfil several purposes:

• Improve visibility of the services offered
• Display and explain the services
• Facilitate connection between costumers, one-stop-shop staff and service providers

The company is responsible for providing the following services:

• Task 1- Logo for branding purposes
• Task 2 - Development of a webpage
• Task 3 - Revision and training rounds
• Task 4 - Automated response mechanism

The service can be provided remote but require constant, fluent and reliable exchange with the partner.

Accordingly, GIZ invites all interested consultancy companies to provide following information that demonstrates that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform this service:

1. An official letter expressing interest clearly indicating your interest to participate in the tender.
2. Comprehensive company profile with the following information; address: city, street, place, legal form, registration body, copy of the legal registration, date of creation, date of commencement of activities, ownership details, web address and social media accounts if it exists, registration in VAT tax chamber, business description, number of employees, services/ products currently on offer.
3. Financial Information (bank reference letter in favour of GIZ or recent 6 months bank statements or financial audit report for the year 2022 or 2023) with minimum annual turnover Equivalent to 10,000 in EUR Currency.
4. Kindly list at least 3 similar jobs done in setting-up webpages for service providers fulfilling the similar purposes. Information should include details of awarding company/organisation and award value, contact person email/number.

Your complete documents should not be more than 30 pages. Only complete documents submitted to the GIZ Tender email indicated not later than Tuesday 26^th September 2023 will be accepted and considered.

Do not send price offers, kindly note that complete tender documents would be sent to firms that express their interest. - Non-conformity with all conditions mentioned could lead to the exclusion of the bid.
